DENVER (June 29, 2026)<\/strong> \u2013 Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data center campuses, today announced the promotion of Michael Stoner to chief development officer, North America. In this role, Stoner will lead North American development strategy, advancing new campus opportunities and power-ready capacity to support cloud and AI customer demand.<\/p>\n

Reporting to Dana Adams, president, North America, Stoner will oversee market development, site selection, energy procurement, campus readiness and preconstruction, aligning Vantage\u2019s pipeline with long-term customer commitments and business growth objectives.<\/p>\n

\u201cMichael has played a central role in shaping Vantage\u2019s North American development platform over the past decade,\u201d said Adams. \u201cHis ability to connect customer demand, land strategy, power availability and execution discipline is unmatched as we continue scaling to support the next generation of cloud and AI workloads.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stoner has been instrumental in Vantage\u2019s growth since joining the company as a consultant in 2014. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of market development, North America, where he led market strategy, site selection, new site development and preconstruction.<\/p>\n

With more than 35 years of experience in data center development, real estate and infrastructure projects, Stoner has extensive expertise in land development and energy partnerships. Prior to joining Vantage, he founded and led Lake Street Ventures, a real estate development company, and held leadership roles with general contractors overseeing the development of retail, multifamily, office and hospitality projects.<\/p>\n
