Phase one provides customers with 6MW of critical IT capacity and is the company\u2019s largest campus in history to welcome customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we open the doors at our newest campus, we are attracting major hyperscale, cloud and enterprise prospects across the globe.\u201d\u00a0 said Lee Kestler, Vantage\u2019s chief commercial officer. \u201cWe have a robust pipeline of activity, and we are now focused on ramping up the second phase of development to keep up with demand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Customers can expect the same premier wholesale data center services that the company offers in its other Tier 1 markets. The Ashburn campus features a new design complete with extensive diverse fiber connections, as well as solar and wind energy sources onsite, the first of its kind in Northern Virginia. Customers will also benefit from the campus\u2019 industry-leading power usage effectiveness (PUE) and water usage effectiveness (WUE), and Class A amenities including office space, conference rooms and breakrooms.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLoudoun County is the largest data center market in the world and companies like Vantage help make that a reality,\u201d said Buddy Rizer, executive director of economic development for Loudoun County. \u201cWith our continued growth throughout the region, the demand for data centers is skyrocketing.
