With nearly 25 years of legal experience within the data center, telecommunications and internet industries, Vernon brings to Vantage an extensive background in managing a variety of legal strategies, including financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), leasing, as well as vendor and customer agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Vantage, Vernon founded HV Law LLC where she served as a managing member. She acted as outside general counsel for several organizations within the data center and technology industries, including Vantage, to provide corporate and real estate advice to help meet their strategic business goals. Before HV Law LLC, Vernon served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, at ViaWest Inc. (now Flexential) and was responsible for developing and guiding the company\u2019s overall legal policies.
