Alicia Ruckteschler

As chief procurement officer, Alicia Ruckteschler leads Vantage’s global procurement function, overseeing sourcing strategy and supplier partnerships across power, network, technology, design and construction, professional services and sustainability. She is responsible for aligning procurement with Vantage’s delivery and operational priorities, supporting a consistent, execution-focused approach across all regions.

Drawing from more than 20 years of experience in large-scale digital infrastructure, Ruckteschler has deep expertise in building and leading global procurement organizations that support complex, capital-intensive environments. In her role at Vantage, she focuses on strengthening supplier engagement, operational discipline and resilience across the company’s expanding data center platform, while advancing sustainability priorities throughout the supply chain.

Prior to joining Vantage, Ruckteschler served as senior vice president and chief procurement officer at Equinix where she led a global organization of more than 140 professionals overseeing a portfolio of 275 data centers in 75 global markets. Her scope spanned major capital equipment, power procurement, network infrastructure, software and construction services, with a strong focus on operational resilience, cost optimization and sustainability. Earlier in her career, Ruckteschler led infrastructure commodity management at Google where she built, scaled and mitigated risks for global sourcing, supporting large-scale data center deployments while delivering significant cost savings through supplier innovation and strategic sourcing.

Ruckteschler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, previously served as an advisor to the bipartisan U.S. House AI Task Force, and is an active industry voice on data center energy, infrastructure and policy. In 2025, she was listed among the top 100 women in procurement by ProcurementMag.com.
