As senior vice president, regional general counsel at Vantage Data Centers, Lauren Sykes leads legal strategy and corporate governance to support the company’s business operations across North America. Sykes has been with Vantage since 2020 and is a trusted legal advisor and business partner, playing a key role in enabling the company’s strategic growth.
With nearly 20 years of legal experience, Sykes has a strong track record in navigating complex litigation, managing risk and aligning legal strategy with business objectives. Prior to joining Vantage, she partnered with the company as outside counsel before transitioning in-house. Earlier in her career, she was an attorney at Lathrop & Gage, LLP (now Lathrop GPM) working in a variety of areas, including general commercial litigation, utility and design patient infringement, trademark infringement, employment discrimination, general liability and contract disputes.
Sykes holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and psychology from the University of Kansas. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association.
