As senior vice president of strategy and transformation for North America at Vantage Data Centers, Lisa Vincent leads the implementation of enterprise strategies, oversees strategic programs and initiatives, and drives operational excellence across the region. She is responsible for scaling Vantage’s value chain to support the delivery of next-generation data center campuses while embedding advanced analytics, data science and AI capabilities that enable speed, precision, adaptability and future-proof operations. In response to the accelerating national demand for AI infrastructure, Vincent aligns transformation efforts to ensure Vantage remains at the forefront of capacity delivery, platform readiness and cross-functional execution.
Vincent brings more than 15 years of experience leading strategic and operational transformation across high-growth industries. Most recently, she served as chief transformation officer at Prologis where she oversaw global business transformation and helped scale new business verticals while integrating emerging capabilities to drive performance and innovation. She also held the role of senior vice president and global head of operational excellence where she built and led a transformation team and embedded continuous improvement across global operations.
Prior to Prologis, Vincent held leadership roles at Atrium Health, including vice president of performance excellence, where she directed operations across six acute care facilities and led enterprise process improvement efforts. Her experience also includes serving as chief of staff to the president and CEO at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) where she supported executive alignment and strategic initiatives across the organization. Vincent began her career in the U.S. Navy’s nuclear power program, serving for a decade in high-stakes operational roles.
Vincent received a master’s degree in business administration from The Citadel. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from The New School.
