As senior vice president of people and culture for Vantage Data Centers’ North America region, Matt Martin leads human resources strategy, payroll, benefits and employee experience across the United States and Canada. He has more than a decade of HR leadership experience spanning organizational transformation, strategic business partnering, learning and executive development, as well as international HR management.
Before joining Vantage, Martin served as vice president of talent and leadership development at Lumen Technologies where he oversaw global talent programs, leadership training and HR operations across more than 15 countries. He led strategic initiatives focused on AI training, skills transformation and C-suite succession planning, and guided large-scale M&A integration and divestiture efforts totaling more than $10 billion. Earlier in his career, Martin held senior HR leadership roles at Textron Aviation where he directed employee services and benefits for more than 12,000 employees.
Martin earned an MBA in management and leadership from the University of Kansas and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a labor-management relations concentration from Providence College.
