Simon Casey

As senior vice president of construction, Simon Casey leads construction and construction support functions across the United States and Canada. Casey’s leadership ensures that every project not only meets Vantage’s high standards but also embodies the company’s commitment to sustainability. Under his guidance, Vantage is pioneering eco-friendly construction practices with the goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030, setting new industry standards for environmental responsibility.

Casey has more than 30 years of global project development experience across the commercial, industrial and residential construction sectors. As construction program director for PGH Wong, he managed more than $1.6 billion of active construction projects at the San Francisco International Airport. Casey spent seven years as vice president with Centrix Builders, responsible for the firm’s vertical development projects, including the Palm, a 300-unit residential development in downtown San Francisco that was named Real Estate Deal of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times.

For over a decade, Casey directed vertical business and public sector development projects in London and across Asia Pacific for Regus, Jones Lang LaSalle and other organizations.

Casey received a Bachelor of Science in quantity surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick. He earned a LEED-AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and is MRICS qualified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
