As chief delivery officer, Simon Casey oversees construction and related support functions across the United States and Canada. His leadership plays a vital role in ensuring that every project reflects both Vantage and its customers’ uncompromising standards while advancing the company’s sustainability mission. Under Casey’s direction, Vantage is at the forefront of implementing eco-conscious construction practices, driving the company toward its goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2030, setting a new benchmark for environmental responsibility in the industry.
Casey brings over 30 years of global experience in project development across the commercial, industrial and residential construction sectors. As construction program director at PGH Wong, he oversaw more than $1.6 billion in active construction projects at the San Francisco International Airport. Prior to that, he spent seven years as vice president at Centrix Builders where he led the firm’s vertical development initiatives.
For more than a decade, Casey led vertical development and public sector projects in London and throughout the Asia-Pacific region, working with organizations such as Regus, Jones Lang LaSalle and others.
Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in quantity surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and holds an MRICS designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
