Vantage Data Centers announces completion of its V6 data center, delivering 9MW of new data center capacity

SANTA CLARA, CA – October 19th, 2017 Vantage Data Centers, a leading provider of data center solutions in support of mission critical applications, announced the completion of its latest data center in Santa Clara.  The newly constructed V6 data center brings 9MW of capacity to the constrained Silicon Valley data center market.

The state-of-the-art V6 facility features 9MW over two floors with 2N redundancy.  The V6 building adds to the existing Santa Clara campus and brings the total critical IT load of the campus to 60MW.  Initial customers have already begun fit-out and deployment in the facility.

In addition to completing V6, Vantage is also well underway with its sixth building on the existing Santa Clara campus.  The V5 data center will bring 15MW of new capacity to the campus, and will span four floors in the center of the campus.  The steel structure is complete on this new facility, which is scheduled for delivery in the mid-2018.
