DENVER (Dec. 16, 2021) – Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data center campuses, today announced that Ismail (Ish) Alsheik has joined the company as senior vice president, general counsel.

Alsheik will develop and execute the strategic direction for Vantage’s legal and corporate governance functions globally and will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth. He joins Vantage from Jones Day where he served as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions group since 2015, advising clients on transactions, corporate law and governance matters. He has more than 16 years of legal experience advising companies on complicated business combinations, including several transactions for Vantage and its lead investor, DigitalBridge Group.
