Emma Jeffries

As global chief people officer for Vantage Data Centers, Emma Jeffries leads the company’s talent management and development strategy, including organizational design, talent, total rewards and leadership effectiveness. She plays a central role in aligning Vantage’s people architecture with its rapid global expansion, ensuring the company can scale with clarity, discipline and speed as demand for digital infrastructure accelerates.

Jeffries has extensive experience building and transforming global organizations at critical inflection points, from founder-led hypergrowth environments to large public companies. She has architected scalable operating models that connect the strategy behind talent, structure and incentives to macro business goals, enabling organizations to grow while maintaining cost discipline, performance and accountability.

Prior to joining Vantage, Jeffries served as chief people officer at ATOMS (formerly City Storage Systems), where she built a global department from the ground up during a period of rapid international growth. Earlier, she was executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Iron Mountain, where she led global people strategy for more than 25,000 employees across 60 countries and supported large-scale transformation initiatives, including M&A integration, executive compensation design and organizational redesign.

Throughout her career, Jeffries has partnered closely with CEOs, boards and investors, bringing pragmatic judgment and clear decision-making frameworks to complex people decisions that directly impact enterprise value as organizations scale.

Jeffries earned an MBA from The Open University in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, with concentrations in strategy, human resources, creativity, innovation and change.
